Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: 1. Cancellations ~ If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service. ~ Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $25 nonrefundable cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling ~ Rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 7 days from the original appointment date. ~ All rescheduling fees are nonrefundable, regardless of the notice provided. By booking online, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as it allows us to maintain high-quality service for all clients.
